Soccer Game #4 - We played the team in red. We are in gold and/or blue vests. The team seemed to be a challenge and we're pretty sure we won! Goooo HB Nightmares!

Sunday, September 23rd Today is finally a lazy day! We get to lay around and watch football...it's been on the go and nonstop for quite some time so this is just what the doctor ordered. Rusty thinks he's the doctor haha. Saturday, September 22nd Cody had his 3rd soccer game. It was an exciting game! HB Nightmares won yet again oh and Cody help!

HE MADE A GOAL!! Whoo hoo we couldn't be more excited. He was VERY excited himself as he should be.

Coach and Team are super happy!

We got to see my brother Gabe who is doing great! I'm very proud of what he is doing with his life. It was very hard for me to let go but when I did he was able to make decisions for himself and it's all good. Friday, September 21st Rusty and I went to the Angel vs. White Sox game. Around the 6th inning, we decided to join Mom in the Diamond Club and just as we were getting there we were put on the Kiss Cam! First time ever. Pictures to come of that...Just waiting to get them emailed or Cd'd to me.

I'm in need of the reminder to think positive. I can't think about the bad or wrong; I need to think about the right, the positive, the happiness. Sometimes life will get you down but you have to get up, if you don't what kind of life is that?!?!

Actually doing ok for having 3 kids for a day and a half! We had Cody all week and welcomed Jane and Wesley while Stacy and David had some fun activities to attend to! 1:00pm was nap time for ALL today! The house was so quiet and peaceful how could you not snooze. Today's breakfast was funny. Wesley made all of us laugh. His eating place is in his chair on our kitchen floor. He was making himself spin in a circle. haha After laying around...

we decided to take all 3 kids to the pool - good times for all!

This was after we put sunscreen on everyone and styled Wesley's hair.

Then Wesley and Nicole chilled out while the others stayed cool in the pool. He even had a few snacks which he was super excited about.

Jane and Wesley are gone and Cody leaves in 2 a half hours. Hmm I better get to making dinner! (BBQ Pulled Beef Sandwiches) Have a great night. Hope you enjoyed our spectacular weekend! We sure did. It was even fun to hear Jane tell her mommy and daddy that she had a good time.

Week #2 of Cody's Soccer Season. It was super hot but we all made it out alive and with a win! Go HB Nightmares! Cody Blain is #3 on his team this year...which explains why I'm taking pictures of the boy with a 3 on his back.

This week Grandma Lori and Uncle Matt joined us to cheer Cody on. Thanks for coming and hanging out in the very hot sun with us. ((Matt enjoy your brownies. Hope they didn't melt on the way home))

What a fun Friday night we had!! Rusty escorted Cody and I to our very first Medieval Times experience. Cody got on stage...

We weren't allowed to eat with utensils so our hands was the next best thing...

And finally we got a spectacular show!

Soccer Season Has Started!! Cody played his first game on Saturday and did really great! He seems to be thoroughly enjoying himself. He gets excited and after practice talks my ear off!
